a small city trip to London - shot on film.

London, Baby!

The more I take analog photos, the more I love them compared to the digital ones. This is my second trip shot exclusively on film, I’m just as satisfied with the results as I was with those shot in Uzbekistan. If it weren’t for the significant costs that come with shooting film, I’d take all my photos the old-fashioned way.

Let’s start with the first roll: Karmir 160. It’s a rather special emulsion, only available at my local film lab. (as far as I know)

I am very fond of its colours and high saturation, it works extremely well on the london red.

More examples of Karmir 160: cfr HERE.

Next up: Kodak Ultramax 400. A tried and tested film roll. It’s one of my favourites, unfortunately not very easy to find.

A bit of Kodak Colorplus 200. A solid choice, cheap and excellent quality for this price. Not easy to find either.

A bit of Fujifilm C200.
